What should I consider when choosing a bubble-hem skirt?

Look for images showing the rounded hem at rest rather than only during movement. A shorter top can leave the full shape visible if that is the feature you want to emphasize.

How can I assess environmental claims made about a skirt?

Look for product-specific evidence rather than assuming a brand-wide statement applies equally to every item. Do not assume one fiber name alone establishes that a garment is the best environmental choice.

What should I do when a skirt size chart uses unfamiliar units?

Check whether the chart describes body dimensions or garment dimensions. Check decimal placement carefully when copying converted numbers into notes.
