What should I check in a seller's quotation before accepting it?
Check for exclusions that would require an additional arrangement. Do not accept an ambiguous scope solely because the total appears attractive.
What should I check when reading a translated product listing?
Do not assume an automated translation preserves every qualification accurately. Consider whether support communication will be understandable to you.
Which purchase records should I keep for later reference?
Keep later amendments alongside the original confirmation. Retain information explaining any ongoing arrangement when one applies.
